Minimum spend excludes delivery, tobacco products, alcohol, postage stamps, infant formula, the purchase of Ocado Gift Vouchers, and food donations with Ocado. Statutory minimum alcohol pricing applies.
- The maximum discount is £20. For example, if you spend £100 on items listed below, you will receive the maximum discount of £20.
- The 25% off offer is for new customers aged 18 and over only. It is redeemable on any day of the week, but limited to one per household. To redeem the voucher you must use the voucher code specified in the banner at check out.
- The 25% off is only available on fresh produce, food cupboard, bakery, frozen, soft drinks, tea & coffee, toiletries, baby meals & drinks and finger foods.
- The Three Month Free Smart Pass is only available for new customers who do not already have a Smart Pass and who have redeemed their 25% off voucher on their first shop ("Three Month Trial").
- The Three Month Trial will automatically start the day after your first shop is delivered where the 25% off voucher was redeemed.
- Three Month Free Smart Pass entitles customers to free delivery for the duration of the trial.
- Three Month Free Smart Pass entitles customers to all the benefits of Smart Pass, including free delivery for the duration of the trial, full details of which can be found here.
- Prior to the end of the Three Month Trial we will contact you to ask you to confirm if you want your Smart Pass membership to continue after the Three Month Trial.
