Infibeam offers a 72 hours Returns Policy from the time of delivery in which it replaces or returns the product. If the product is not working as described by the manufacturer or has manufacturing defects. Delivery Schedule

Infibeam delivers free for an item of order value 400 or more. If the cart value is less than Rs.400, A shipping charge of Rs. 40 is levied on to the order. Depending on the Pincode to which an item is delivered and the selling party, shipping time can vary between 1-7 days. Now shipping time is the time taken by a Seller to dispatch the product and thereafter some more time more for the delivery of the product to customers address. This whole process can take a bit of time and hence the actual delivery of the product can from customer to customer. What we have seen is that in a maximum of 7 working days a customer receives the product ordered.
